Introduce yourself to Paula Veenema when you arrive, the spa’s gracious Owner and Director. Her passion for the Aveda philosophy and a career in sales and marketing has strengthened the reputation of Spa Magnolia. Treatments range from the full 4.25 hour Euphoric package and Chocolate Blitz Body Wrap to invigorating facials and full body waxing. Following the lead of the hotel staff, service at Sanuk is all about being personal and paying attention to details. The hip space mixes Asian cuisine with modern cool in a convincing seduction. Dishes are beautifully presented and just as pleasing to the palate.

The Sri Lankan style seafood laksa is highly recommended, as is the albacore tuna tataki with cucumber and pea sprout salad. Meat specialties cover ginger and caramel glazed chicken or sticky pork side ribs, while seafood and noodles include Thai peanut prawns and veggies, and tofu substitutes for any meat. Also on the menu is a selection of burgers and pizza, matched with unique beers brewed next door in the adjoining pub.

Shop & Spa: As the title implies, this package centres around the boutiques along Government Street and the nearby Bay Centre, which is the largest mall in Victoria.
