Chinese New Year's Party

Sunday February 10th, 11:00am - 5:00pm

Ring in the New Year with the always-festive annual party. Walk between Chinese lanterns and decorations as if you've been transported to China itself. Elegant flowering teas will be served throughout the day, which are an important part of the meditative experience. They're made by hand by tying the leaves to create the beautiful flower shape and then left to unfold before drinking.

This is also a chance to see the yearly Chinese Lion Dance within the Gates of Harmonious Interest. The interesting mix of modern architecture and traditional Asian markets makes for a sensory treat.
